Celebrating Youthful Excellence: HMC Inspires the Next Generation of Professionals
Hossain Mumlook & Co. Chartered Accountants (HMC), through its HMC Learning Forum, continues to foster a culture of inspiration, learning, and professional growth. On 25 October 2025, HMC proudly hosted the “Celebrities Celebration 2025”—a vibrant and inspiring event dedicated to recognizing youthful excellence and motivating the professionals of tomorrow.
The session brought together a distinguished panel of speakers whose journeys and insights left a lasting impact on the audience.
Mr. Shahadat Hossain, FCA, Senior Partner at MABS & J Partners and Past President of ICAB, shared profound reflections on ethics, leadership, and the path to professional excellence, emphasizing the importance of integrity in building a sustainable career.
Mr. Md. Arifur Rahman, FCGA, AFA, MIPA, Founder and Chairman of CAPE, highlighted the remarkable journey of CAPE, underscoring the value of continuous learning, adaptability, and skill development in today’s competitive environment.
Mr. Rashidul Islam, FCA, Event Chairman of the DRC-ICAB Inter-Firm Debate Championship 2025, spoke about the role of debate as a powerful platform for developing leadership, confidence, and critical thinking skills.
Adding further inspiration, Mr. Ahmed Zabir, ACA, recognized as the youngest Chartered Accountant in Bangladesh, shared his personal CA journey, offering practical career guidance along with valuable tips on effective public speaking.
The audience was also inspired by Mr. Aniruddha Ariyan Durgo, who achieved a perfect IELTS score of 9 out of 9, as he shared his disciplined approach to excellence and his story of perseverance.
The event concluded with several heartfelt and memorable moments. HMC Letters of Appreciation were presented to the respected mothers of the celebrities, acknowledging their invaluable role behind these achievements. Distinguished guests were honored with crests and gifts, while Certificates of Learning were handed over by Mr. Shahadat Hossain FCA and Mr. Md. Arifur Rahman.
Additionally, CC Certificates and Deeds of Articles were awarded, and participants of the DRC-ICAB Inter-Firm Debate Championship 2025 received their Certificates of Participation from Mr. Rashidul Islam FCA. A special recognition was also given to Mr. Ashiful Hoque Aumi for successfully completing his Professional Level of CA.
