Mr. Md. Mumlook Hossain, FCA, FCMA
Mr. Md. Mumlook Hossain, a Fellow of both ICAB and ICMAB, is a highly seasoned professional accountant with over 32 years of distinguished experience in audit, assurance, taxation, VAT, and strategic financial management, driven by a deep commitment to excellence, integrity, and nation-building through financial transparency.
Mr. Hossain began his professional journey in 1992 with Howladar Yunus & Co., Chartered Accountants (a member firm of Grant Thornton), and later dedicated 16 years to UBICO—a joint venture between the Governments of Bangladesh and the UAE—where he held pivotal leadership roles including CFO, COO, and Acting CEO, earning trust through vision, integrity, and impactful service.
In 2013, Mr. Hossain transitioned into public practice, where he has earned wide recognition as a trusted expert in audit, VAT, tax consultancy, and advisory services—guided by a purpose-driven commitment to empowering professionals and clients with transparency, compliance, and strategic insight.
As the Founder and CEO of HMC, Mr. Hossain leads the firm with transformational leadership, seamless integrity, and profound regulatory and industry insight—fostering a culture of learning, excellence, trust, and purposeful impact.
Naba Krishna Muni FCMA, CMA (UK)
Naba Krishna Muni is a highly accomplished expert in organizational and human development, with over four decades of experience in training, teaching, coaching, mentoring, and managing projects across cooperative, corporate, and NGO sectors. His expertise spans capacity building, financial management, and strategic consulting, making him a trusted advisor for both national and international organizations.
Academically, he was educated and trained in Bangladesh, Canada, the UK, and Thailand. He holds prestigious qualifications such as Fellow Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA), CMA (UK), and certifications from ICMAB and CIMA (UK), along with an LLB degree and specialized training credentials including Training of Trainers (TOT) in Teaching Effectiveness from Humber College, Canada.
Professionally, Mr. Muni has worked extensively with development partners and global institutions including USAID, UNDP, UNICEF, WHO, DFID, CIDA, SIDA, AUSAID, and many others. He is an ADB/WB-certified master trainer in microfinance and has delivered consulting and training services in the USA, Thailand, India, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh.
Currently, he serves as Director – Capacity Building & Consultancy Services at Hossain Mumlook & Co., where he leads strategic initiatives to strengthen professional competencies and organizational performance through training and consultancy programs.
Mamun Miah
Mr. Mamun Miah has over eight years of professional experience in audit and assurance services across a wide range of industries in Bangladesh. His portfolio includes power, telecommunications, manufacturing, FMCG, service industries, NGOs, and non-banking financial institutions. He has successfully handled statutory audits, special audits, internal audits, fund audits, factual findings, and stock count verification, with practical experience in ERP systems such as Tally.
He holds a Master of Business Studies (MBS) and a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), both with a major in accounting. In addition, he is partly qualified as a Chartered Accountant under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and has achieved Course Complete (CC) status, further strengthening his professional foundation.
During his career, Mr. Miah has led audit teams in planning and executing full-scope financial audits, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering timely reports to clients, managers, and partners. He has also conducted internal control reviews and compliance audits for multiple entities. His training includes audit methodology, materiality, sampling techniques, and programs organized by ICAB on audit documentation and ISQM implementation.
Since 2016, Mr. Miah has progressed through various roles, from Audit Assistant to his current position as Deputy Manager, Audit and Assurance. In this role, he manages client assignments, supervises audit teams, and contributes to strengthening audit quality and client relationships.
Juthika Roy ACMA
Juthika Roy is a finance and accounting professional with over a decade of experience in audit, assurance, taxation, internal control, and business development. She has expertise in statutory and internal audits, VAT and tax compliance, financial reporting, and project management, alongside proven leadership in strengthening accounting systems, establishing internal controls, and transitioning businesses toward digital solutions.
Academically, she holds both an MBA and BBA in Finance from Dhaka City College, securing top national positions in Bangladesh, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). She also pursued professional-level studies with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), complemented by continuous professional development in leadership, SAP-FICO, and financial management.
Professionally, Juthika has contributed to organizations such as Better Stories Limited, Prem’s Collections Ltd., and Population Services and Training Center (PSTC), where she successfully resolved long-pending compliance issues, strengthened financial systems, and managed donor-funded projects within strict timelines and budgets.
She is currently the Lead of Business Development & Strategic Partner at Hossain Mumlook & Co., Chartered Accountants, where she drives strategic growth, client engagement, and internal capacity building.
Md. Tarikul Islam FCMA
Md. Tarikul Islam, FCMA, is a dynamic professional accountant with over eight years of distinguished expertise in audit, assurance, taxation, and risk management, renowned for his precision in IFRS compliance and strategic internal control enhancement.
He earned an MBA in Accounting & Information Systems from Jahangirnagar University and a BBA in Accounting from Bangladesh University of Business & Technology, fortified by his FCMA from ICMAB and partial CA qualification from ICAB.
His career spans pivotal roles, including Assistant Manager at Deloitte Bangladesh, where he spearheaded audit engagements for global clients in telecommunications and FMCG, and earlier contributions at Base Technologies and Xebec Communication, driving financial clarity and growth.

Md. Asiful Haque CAP
Mr. Md. Asiful Haque brings over a decade of professional expertise in audit, assurance, and advisory services. His experience spans across statutory audits, group reporting, interim reviews, factual findings, and stock counts, with proven knowledge of ERP systems including SAP, JDE, Oracle, and Finacle. He has successfully worked with large multinational clients in both the manufacturing and service sectors of Bangladesh, ensuring compliance with IAS and IFRS standards.
Academically, Mr. Haque holds both an MBA and BBA in Management. He is a qualified Certified Accounting Professional (CAP) under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and has completed 13 out of 17 courses toward his Chartered Accountancy qualification. His academic background, combined with professional certifications, provides him with a strong foundation in financial and management principles, which he applies effectively in practice.
Over the years, he has received extensive training in audit methodologies, CAAT (IDEA), eAudIT, and regulatory programs conducted by ICAB, SMAC, and HMC. This technical expertise, along with his analytical skills, has enabled him to deliver high-quality audit engagements while identifying opportunities for process improvements and adding value to clients’ businesses.
Currently, Mr. Haque serves as Manager, Operations – Audit and Advisory Services at HMC. In this role, he leads audit teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports organizational growth by driving operational excellence and delivering actionable business insights.
