Mumlook Hossain, a Fellow of both ICAB and ICMAB, is a highly seasoned professional accountant with over 32 years of distinguished experience in audit, assurance, taxation, VAT, and strategic financial management, driven by a deep commitment to excellence, integrity, and nation-building through financial transparency.

Mr. Hossain began his professional journey in 1992 with Howladar Yunus & Co., Chartered Accountants (a member firm of Grant Thornton), and later dedicated 16 years to UBICO—a joint venture between the Governments of Bangladesh and the UAE—where he held pivotal leadership roles including CFO, COO, and Acting CEO, earning trust through vision, integrity, and impactful service.

In 2013, Mr. Hossain transitioned into public practice, where he has earned wide recognition as a trusted expert in audit, VAT, tax consultancy, and advisory services—guided by a purpose-driven commitment to empowering professionals and clients with transparency, compliance, and strategic insight.
