In November 2023, before completing its first year, HMC organized a two-day strategic workshop at Base Camp Resort, Gazipur. The initiative was led by the Founder & CEO and then Executive Director, Mr. S. M. Mobasser Hussain, to align the entire team with HMC’s long-term vision and future growth strategy.

The workshop focused on vision alignment and developing the 2024 action plan based on OKRs. Team members participated in group discussions to define where HMC aims to position itself in both the short and long term.

Representatives from Audit, Tax, VAT, Business Development, People & Culture, Accounts, and Administration actively engaged in discussions on cross-departmental collaboration and strategic priorities for the coming year.

The workshop concluded with renewed clarity, strong alignment, and a shared commitment toward HMC’s future growth.
