A Short Story of Journey for Learning, Growth & Empowerment

Hossain Mumlook & Co. (HMC), Chartered Accountants, embarked on its journey on 1 December 2022 with a clear vision — “𝐓𝐨 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.”

In alignment with this vision, we set out to empower our students and employees by helping them achieve four dimensions of personal and professional growth:

1. Knowledge Growth
2. Skill Growth
3. Financial Growth
4. Career Growth

To make this vision a reality, we developed a competency framework for all students and team members of HMC and launched the "𝐇𝐌𝐂 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦", our flagship platform for continuous learning and professional development.

Initially, our goal was to conduct 100 learning sessions a year to create impact on their learning mindset and create a learning culture within the organisation. This milestone we proudly achieved in both year 2023 and year 2024.

In 2025, we raised the bar even higher with a bold target of 200 learning sessions.

By October 2025, we not only met but surpassed this goal, successfully organizing 𝟐𝟏𝟐 Learning Sessions representing over 𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐂𝐏𝐃 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 across diverse professional competencies:

1. Technical Skills: 102 sessions
2. Business Skills: 61 sessions
3. People Skills: 22 sessions
4. Leadership Skills: 16 sessions
5. Digital Skills: 11 sessions

This remarkable achievement is the result of dedication, collaboration, and shared passion for excellence.
